Immediately Available: Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Duties: Instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they practice exercises or functional activities. Observe patients during treatments to compile and evaluate data on their responses and progress and provide results to physical therapist in person or through progress notes. Confer with physical therapy staff or others to discuss and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment. Administer active or passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, aquatic physical therapy, or heat, light, sound, or electrical modality treatments, such as ultrasound. Measure patients' range-of-joint motion, body parts, or vital signs to determine effects of treatments or for patient evaluations.
Minimum Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy or any relevant course of study; State License to practice as Physical Therapist Assistant. Foreign degree and/or work experience equivalency accepted.
Days/Hours: Full-time; M-F; 40 hours per week

Job Duties: Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible price and in correct amounts. Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals and review requisition for goods and services. Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other date and information to determine reasonable prices. Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. Negotiate, or renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come-in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods. Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action. Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes. Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories.

A medium sized Skilled Nursing Facility in New Rochelle is seeking an experienced RN to join their team as a nursing RN Supervisor. The nursing RN Supervisor will play an integral role in ensuring the quality of resident care, as well as the coordination of staff and systems, and will be accountable for resident care activities and unit operations.
Must have current NY RN license, BSN and relevant supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
